The following terms are hereby incorporated and a part of any contract to buy from Lighteningbugfun on eBay as of May 8, 2025:

Seller reserves the right to cancel sales with an address considered to be a third-party re-shipper. Unfortunately, I must make this part of any agreement to purchase because, when trying to track deliveries, USPS gives the following statement in response: “The address provided is the location of a third-party reshipper. Items addressed to a third-party reshipper are not eligible for further inquiry. For further assistance with this issue, please contact the third-party reshipper,”

This is the response given even when only trying to track within the United States. My daughter (who has her own eBay account) and I have both had this happen to us within the past couple of months. One item was mailed to an address in Delaware and the other to an address in Miami, FL.  The item going to Delaware took over a month to get from Florida to the Delaware address and had NO tracking updates after being picked up by USPS until it was delivered over a month later. As of May 8, 2025, the item going to its destination in Miami, FL (from Palm Harbor, FL) has not yet arrived, and the last tracking update shown is April 17, 2025.  It was mailed from Palm Harbor, FL on April 11, 2025, but from April 17 through today, May 7, there are NO updates. USPS will NOT give me any updates due to the address being that of a third-party reshipper so I have no idea where it is. And the buyer has filed a request for information on when it will arrive (which USPS will NOT give me) or for a refund.

I went the post office in person and was told that items sent to third-party reshippers will sit in a box until the reshipper has enough items to fill up a container going to that location overseas. This can take weeks or even months. I was also told that USPS does not always scan them in because they are going to a reshipper. This means, as a seller, I have no way of providing tracking or delivery confirmation. That is not acceptable.

Potential buyers please note these terms are incorporated into any purchase or attempt to purchase from Lighteningbugfun and as such if you attempt to buy in violation of these terms you understand and agree not to leave negative or neutral feedback when your purchase is cancelled.  Thank you!
